Fleet Additions

Members of the A-SMS team have been involved in numerous fleet addition projects from the DeHavilland DC-6 to the Boeing 767, as both industry employees and as FAA inspectors. We assist in the planning of evacuation demonstrations and the development of passenger briefing cards, and proving test plans, and a Letter of Compliance using the guidance in FAA Order 8900.1, Volume 10, Safety Assurance System Policies and Procedures, Chapter 11 – Major Change in Operational Authority.
