Training and Seminars

The members of the A-SMS team are experienced in conducting training and seminars on Safety Management Systems, FAA initiatives, and any other products or services we offer. We tailor our presentations to the individual needs of your company.

A-SMS develops training plans unique to each operator considering scope, content and frequency of training required to provide the necessary skillsets for a successful operation. A-SMS develops training needed to meet the competency requirements for managers and employees based on the duties and responsibilities of their position and the value added impact on safety management for each of your products or services.

Training includes formal training, contract training, seminars, on-the-job training, briefings that may be presented as lecture, self-study or web/computer based. A-SMS will provide training materials, examinations, forms, instructions, and procedures for the training it provides. A-SMS documents the training personnel receive using standard training records forms.
