A-SMS has been very successful in obtaining justifiable exemptions for some of our customers. If your organization has a situation that was not envisioned in the original rule making process, we can research your issue and advise you on the possible strategies you could use to provide an “equivalent level of safety” required by the petition process.

Most exemptions are complex to write and should be prepared by an expert. If necessary, we can provide aviation technical expertise to your legal counsel.
